All our prices are in Euro. Sales to EU countries include VAT and sales outside the EU do not include VAT.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. The entire amount is reserved directly upon purchase and deducted from the customer's account when the shipment is sent. Alternatively, we accept Klarna.
We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us via the Internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a lock to the left of the domain address in your viewfinder. If you click on this, you can read more about SSL digital certificate registration. You can also see that the URL (the search bar at the top of your browser) starts with "https" instead of "http". This also means that SSL is active.

Bring Pick-Up: You can choose to pick up your package at a pick-up shop or in a dropbox. You can also select Bring to have your package delivered to your address between 17-21 on all weekdays.
If you have chosen to pick up your package in a dropbox, use the codes you have received either by text message or email. If you have chosen to pick up your package in a store, remember to have a valid ID with you when picking up.
Insurance: Abate is responsible for the product during shipment and until receipt of the item.
RETURNS, REFUND & COMPLAINTS
Try our bedding at home for 14 days, and if you are not satisfied, you can get your money back.
For returns, please follow the procedure below:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, which item / items are to be returned (also write size, fabric and color). Please also state a reason for the return so that we can make improvements in case something was not as expected.
Pack the items in the original packaging or similar packaging.
The return documents are then sent by email or by post.
When we receive the returned goods, the money will be refunded within 10 days after approval of the return.
We have a 24 month warranty on all items purchased from Abate. Thereafter, the right of complaint, Norwegian law, cf. the Purchase Act §32, ceases, unless otherwise agreed.
If the item is delayed, incorrect or otherwise does not live up to your expectations, please contact us. Complaints about defects in the product must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered, or should have been discovered during a normal review of the product.
