Shipping

All products that are registered as available are available on stock in our warehouse and will be shipped the same or next working day.

We use DHL for shipments within the EU and shipping takes 2-4 working days. For global shipments we expect delivery within 7 days. You will receive an e-mail with details for your order as soon as it has been shipped from our warehouse.

The price for shipping to a country within the EU is €15, and we offer free shipping for all orders at a value of €150 or higher.

The price for shipping to a country country outside the EU is €30.

Duties and taxes

Within the European Union (EU): Orders are shipped with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the price listed on our webpage.

Outside the European Union (except the UK): Orders are shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties, which will be collected by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are not able to calculate the amount of taxes and duties that may be applicable, as these charges vary depending on the destination country. Abate does not cover any taxes, duties or related charges. Nor does Abate cover taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages.

To the UK:At present we are unable to deliver to the United Kingdom.

returns and exchanges:

We have a 30 day returns policy. If you wish to return an item, please see to it that it that is unused and in the same condition as when delivered.

If you wish to make an exchange to a different item, please register a return and place a new order.

To return:

1. Inform us of your return via e-mail to info@abate.no, including order number and reason for your return in English.

2. Please use the return label provided in the box that you received your order in and return the goods in a packaging that ensures the goods are not damaged during transport.

3. Deliver the package to your closest DHL Service Point HERE.
